Ms Julie Spanks is an out and proud kinkster, Portland ’s Premiere Professional Domina, dynamic Daddy’s grrl, and Dungeon Owner hailing from the diverse city of Portland , Oregon . While she has only been active in the Community for a handful of years, she has been doing kinky things and playing with power for a very long time.
Julie is the curator at The Conservatory is a 3500sq-foot, multi-roomed, modern-day dungeon, art gallery, educational establishment and kinky Community gathering space.
She is a board member of the Portland Leather Alliance and also sits on the Oregon Leather Pride committee.
Most important, she has spent the last two and half years exploring the finer nuances of her submission with her Daddy, Dr Evil (Boi). Traveling the country, attending conventions and assisting him with his classes at DESIRE, Thunder in the Mountains, The Floating World, SF Citadel, and at The Conservatory.
Julie is a fire fiend and refers to herself as a professional pyromaniac.
She will be spinning fire again this year during the DESIRE 2010 Opening Ceremonies and throughout the weekend.
Julie will also be teaching Poi spinning as a one-on-one as well as fire eating and breathing.
